Moving In? Apply Before Your Move Date
To help ensure electricity is available when you take possession of the property, submit your service application before your closing or lease start date.
If an application isn't received before the previous account closes, electricity service may be disconnected and reconnection charges may apply. Properties disconnected for more than six months may also require an Electrical Safety Authority inspection before service can be restored.
New Account Set-Up Fees
A one-time administrative set-up fee is applied to new accounts and added to your first bill.
| Service | Fee |
| Electricity | $30.00 |
| Water | $8.63 |
| Wastewater |
$8.62 |
Fees are based on the services available at the property and are subject to change.
Landlords: Account set-up fees apply each time service returns to your name after a tenant moves out.
Security Deposits
InnPower may require a security deposit where a customer is unable to demonstrate satisfactory payment history.
