We are proud to provide safe and reliable electricity to the homes and businesses that make up the communities we serve. From established neighbourhoods to growing communities, electricity plays an important role in everyday life. It powers homes, supports local businesses, and helps our community move forward. 

As a municipally owned utility, we are accountable to the communities we serve. InnPower works alongside InnServices and InnTerprises to coordinate services, share resources, and support the needs of the growing region. 

We continue to strengthen the system our communities rely on through ongoing infrastructure upgrades, vegetation management, and improvements to how we prepare and respond to storms. Over the past year, we have also enhanced our outage map and communication tools to provide clearer, more timely updates during outages and major events. 

At the same time, we are working to make everyday interactions easier by improving how customers access information and connect with us when they need support.
