Electricity Rates
If you're a residential or small business customer, you can choose from three electricity pricing plans.
Prices are set by the Ontario Energy Board (OEB) and typically change on November 1, while Time-Of-Use (TOU) periods and Tiered thresholds adjust on May 1 and November 1.
With TOU and Ultra-Low Overnight (ULO), prices vary based on when you use electricity. With Tiered pricing, the cost depends on how much electricity you use each month.
