Payment Options
We offer several ways to pay your InnPower bill. Options like PAD or online banking can save you time and help make sure you never miss a bill.

Pay Online
Telephone/Online Banking
You can pay your bill through your bank's telephone or online banking service.
When setting up a payee for the first time, select InnPower Corporation. Please allow 2 business days for the payment to be received.
Pre-Authorized Debits (PAD)
Our Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD) plan is a simple way to pay your bill automatically each month.
- Your payment is withdrawn from your bank account on the due date
- No service fees
- Can be cancelled at any time
To sign up, complete the PAD form below and return it to cs@innpower.ca with a void cheque.

Equal Payment Plan (EPP)
Your electricity bill doesn’t have to change with the seasons. Pay a set price all year long with our Equal Payment Plan.
Under this plan, your monthly bill payments are averaged out over 12 months, allowing customers to be billed an equal amount each month. EPP gives customers the ability to budget and avoid surprise bills due to seasonal ups and downs.

Credit Card
Credit card payments are available through Paymentus Corporation, a third-party secure automated payment service.
You can pay:

Accepted cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Debit Visa, and Debit Mastercard
Please note that Paymentus charges a service fee. InnPower does not receive any portion of this fee.
Pay In Person
In Office (Debit or Cheque Only)
Our office is located at 7251 Yonge Street, Innisfil, ON, L9S 0J3
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm
We accept debit or cheque—cash is not accepted.
Drop-Box Payment (Cheque Only)
A secure drop-box is available outside our office for cheque payments.

Pay at Your Financial Institution
You may also pay your bill in person at your financial institution.
InnPower considers the bank teller's stamp as the date of payment. Please allow 5 business days for processing.

Go Paperless with E-Billing
E-billing is a convenient way to receive your bill electronically and reduce paper use.
Sign up by logging into My Account, selecting Profile, and opting into e-billing with your preferred email address.
