What Happens if I Lose Power?
Social Media: You can message us directly on Facebook or Twitter to report an outage. Please include the impacted address and other relevant details that may helps us pinpoint and resolve the issue.

Please remember that during an outage, our phone lines become very busy. This can make it difficult for our staff to take all incoming calls and for all calls to get through. We ask that before reporting an outage, customers first check our Facebook and Twitter to see if any information regarding an outage has been posted. Customers can also view our Outage map (linked below) which provides up to date information on outages within our service territory. InnPower's Twitter feeds can also be viewed below.
