What Happens if I Lose Power?

Reporting an Outage: During business hours, call our Customer Service team at (705) 431-4321, or the dedicated outage reporting line 1 (855) 300-2990 to report an outage. You can also reach us by text message at (705) 300-3990 or contact us via online chat (red chat box icon located at bottom right of screen) to report an outage.

Please remember that during an outage, our phone lines become very busy. This can make it difficult for our staff to take all incoming calls and for all calls to get through. We ask that before reporting an outage, customers first check our Outage map (linked below) which provides up to date information on outages within our service territory.
