InnPower's 2020 Performance Scorecard

The Ontario Energy Board (OEB) annually tracks and shows comprehensive performance information for each electricity utility in Ontario, over a range of time and for a specific year. Utility scorecards show data for 20 specific measures within the four key areas of utility performance: customer focus, operational effectiveness, financial performance and public policy responsiveness.

Scorecards are important because they provide information that tells the Ontario Energy Board if utilities are following the rules and if their performance is improving over time. They’re also a way for us to be transparent with you about how the energy distribution system overall is performing. They are designed to encourage Ontario's electricity utilities to operate effectively, continually seek ways to improve productivity and focus on improvements that their customers value.
