Public Awareness of Electrical Safety Survey

From January 12 to March 6, 2026, Advanis, on behalf of InnPower, will be calling residents in InnPower's service territory to assess their understanding of how to stay safe around electricity and electrical equipment.

The survey is required by the Ontario Energy Board (OEB) and takes about 5 minutes to complete.

You will not be asked for payment or sensitive personal information. Participation is voluntary, and your feedback helps improve electrical safety education.

We use this survey to help guide our safety education efforts and better understand where additional information may be needed.

Payments Desk Closure
