InnPower's New Customer Portal
InnPower is excited to announce that its new customer portal, My Account, is NOW LIVE! My Account can be accessed via the Account Login button located in the top right corner of the website.
The My Account portal brings new and improved features including:

• Self-Serve Online Forms
• Usage Charts
• Smart Meter Consumption Data
• View and Pay Bills Online
• Transaction and Payment History
• Analyze and Download Consumption History
• Linking Multiple Accounts and more!
Existing customers will receive an email with details on how they can switch their online account to the new portal.
IMPORTANT: Some customers will be contacted via email for username and/or password changes that are required to switch their account to the new portal.
If you are a new customer looking to register for My Account, please have a copy of your most recent bill handy in order to complete the registration form. Registration can be completed by clicking the "Sign Up Now" button on the homepage of the portal.
