InnPower Transitions to a Cashless Payment System

We would like to inform customers that as of December 1, 2024, InnPower will be transitioning to a more streamlined payment process.

Moving forward we will be phasing out cash payments at our onsite location, 7251 Yonge St, Innisfil. We have many convenient options for you to pay your bill.

You can pay your InnPower bill directly through telephone or online banking. Payment via credit card is available through our third-party payment processor at My Account (Service fees are applicable. InnPower Corporation does not receive any portion of the service fee.).

You can also set up pre-authorized debit payments, or pay at your local financial institution.

We appreciate your understanding and support during this transition.

Payments Desk Closure

Due to current weather conditions, the in-office payment desk at 7251 Yonge St., Innisfil is closed today to help ensure staff safety.

Our team remains available by phone, and customers can continue to manage their accounts online.

The in-office payment desk will reopen tomorrow at 8:30 a.m.
