COVID-19 Energy Assistance Programs (CEAP and CEAP-SB)

The Government of Ontario has made funding available to support residential, small business, and charitable organization customers that are struggling to pay their energy bills as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.

SCAM ALERT: Please be aware that home inspections are NOT required to qualify for COVID-19 Energy Assistance Programs. The OEB does not conduct home inspections or call customers directly to promote the program. CEAP & CEAP-SB funding is limited. Applications are processed in the order which they are received.

  • If you are unable to submit the form via email or mail, please contact InnPower’s Customer Service by phone at (705) 431-4321. A Customer Service Representative will assist you in submitting the CEAP-SB application over the phone. All calls are recorded in order to document confirmation of all information requested on the Application Form, including consent and the applicant’s attestation of eligibility.
