UtilityPULSE - Customer Satisfaction Survey
Beginning August 16th, 2021, UtilityPULSE, a Canadian company specializing in polls and surveys for the electricity sector, will be conducting a Customer Satisfaction survey on InnPower's behalf. The surveys will be conducted over the period of approximately 1 month.
The agent will state that they are from UtilityPULSE and will ask to speak with the bill payer. This is a legitimate survey. Customers will not be asked to reveal any information specific to their InnPower Corporation account. The survey should take less than 10 minutes to complete.
The customer survey is a requirement of InnPower Corporation’s obligations to the Ontario Energy Board as a licensed Electricity Distributor in Ontario.
