Conditions of Service

The Distribution System Code requires that every distributor produce its own "Conditions of Service" document.

The purpose of this document is to provide a means of communicating the types and level of service available to the customers within InnPower’s service territory. InnPower has recently updated its Conditions of Service effective April 1, 2020 and can be located in the documents below to review or download.

We are providing several policies that are included within InnPower's conditions of service for your convenience.
