Pre-Authorized Payment (PAP)

Pre-authorized payment, or P.A.P., is an easier way for you to pay your hydro bill and save you time and money.

Instead of having to write and mail cheques each month or make a trip to our office, why not sign up for P.A.P.? On the due date of each bill (or on the 1st, 10th or 15th of each month for some Equal Payment Plan customers), your hydro payment will be automatically debited from your bank or trust account.

This routine method of payment also frees you from the worry and costs of overdue payments. Once you are on pre-authorized payment, we will still mail your statement 16 days before the due date, but it will now conveniently say "P.A.P. Do Not Pay" as a reminder that your account has been taken care of.

To sign up for PAP please download the PAP Form fill out and return to InnPower's Customer Service Team.

Payment at the Bank

InnPower considers the Bank Teller's stamp date to be the date of payment.

Please remember that it could take 5 or 6 days for the payment to reach our office. This means we may not know about your payment until after the due date. If a bill is paid on or near the due date we may inadvertently send you a reminder notice. If this occurs please disregard this notice.

Pay by Phone or Personal Computer

Our customers have the option to include InnPower on bills paid by telephone through these financial institutions and their payment programs: TD Canada Trust, Royal Bank, Bank of Montreal, Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce, Hong Kong Bank of Canada, Bank of Nova Scotia, Credit Union Central, or Telepay.

Pay at Our Office

Our office at 7251 Yonge Street is open Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm to accept payments by cash, cheque or debit card.

Paying by Credit Card?

InnPower is pleased to add an additional payment option for customers interested in using their credit card to pay their bill. Paymentus Corporation is a third party automated payment service that accepts Visa or MasterCard.

You can pay your bill right away, any time, any day, 24x7.
Paymentus will charge a service fee for each transaction.

How do I access this Service?

Customers should be ready with:

1.The 11-digit InnPower account number (located on your billing statement),
2.The balance owed on your bill, and
3.Your credit card.

Why is there a Service Fee?

Paymentus charges a fee to use their service. The fee covers payment handling and processing charges.

Is InnPower getting any part of the fee?

InnPower does NOT receive any part of the service fee. Paymentus is an independent company providing a service for InnPower customers.
