An unplanned outage occurred on Grove Pl due to tree on lines. The outage began at approx. 10:45 pm, impacting 26 customers. At 12:00am, the outage expanded to 39 additional customers in the area of Lakeside Dr, Alcina Ave, and Algonquin Ave. This section was isolated and power was restored to the additional 39 customers within 3 hours. 

The tree on lines was so large in size that specialized tree removal equipment was required. Crews worked tirelessly through the night into the early morning. With the tree successfully removed, repairs were made and power was restored by 2:10pm.
