An unplanned outage occurred on Sunday, July 24 due to a brief storm passing through the territory, causing a tree to take down lines. Innisfil Fire was on scene with the downed lines and InnPower crews were dispatched immediately to clear the scene, remove hazards and safely restore power. 

This outage began at 8:00pm, impacting approximately 600 customers. The majority of customers were restored within 30 minutes. The remaining 60 customers were restored by 1:40am.
