An unplanned outage occurred in Stroud due to high winds. The outage began at approximately 8:00pm and impacted 627 customers. InnPower crews worked through heavy winds and snow to safely restore a majority of customers by 10:40pm. The remaining handful of customers were restored around 11:45pm.
