Planned Outage - Chef Lane and Spice Way, Barrie

In an effort to improve service, a planned outage will be taking place Wednesday, October 13th from 10:00am to 2:00pm in the area of Spice Way and Chef Lane, located in Barrie. All impacted customers have been notified. Should the work have to be postponed due to unforeseen circumstances, this outage will take place on the planned alternate day of October 14th at the same time.

Customers may currently experience delays when accessing the MyAccount portal or making payments through the Paymentus online and phone payment system. 

Customers can still make payments in-office, through their financial institution or pre-authorized payment options during this time. We appreciate your patience while the issue is being resolved.
