An unplanned outage occurred early morning in the Big Bay Point area due to a motor vehicle accident at 30th Side Road and Lakeside Drive. The accident resulted in a broken pole, requiring our crews to conduct a pole replacement. The outage began at approximately 7:30 am. Additional customers in the area experienced a brief outage for approximately 30 minutes to one hour as crews worked to safely restore power. All customers were restored around 11:00 am.
