An unplanned outage occurred at 10:55 am affecting approx. 4600 customers due to a large bird's nest recently under construction coupled with heavy rains causing a flash over and damaged infrastructure. Crews were dispatched immediately to assess, make safe and restore. All customers except one were restored at approximately 12:55 pm.
