An Unplanned outage occurred at approx. 4:15 a.m. on September 18, 2020. The cause of the outage was equipment failure at one of InnPower's distribution stations as seen below. Station protections operated effectively to isolate the fault preventing further harm to equipment and personnel.
After hours on-call staff responded immediately to the distribution station to investigate, develop work instructions and execute to restore all customers by 7:00 a.m.
