On Monday, May 25 at approximately 4 p.m., relatively minutes apart, two trucks tore down lines in the Industrial Park and in Cookstown with multiple broken poles. During that evening, loading issues impacted customers due to the heat at one of our stations and low voltage issues on one of our main 44,000 V supplies in from Hydro One. InnPower crews and staff worked well into the early morning hours to complete the work, respond to additional trouble calls and reprogram relays.
