Canada Post Service Disruption

Due to ongoing negotiations between Canada Post and its workers, regular mail service has been interrupted. We encourage customers to stay prepared and learn alternative ways to pay your bill.

Options for Receiving your Bill:

Please do not mail your payment in the event of a strike or lockout.

  • Sign up for e-billing to receive your bill electronically. Login to your My Account portal, click on ‘Profile’, and select the 'ebill opt-in' option and enter the email address you’d like the bills to be sent to.
  • Create an online account through the ‘Account Login’ button located at the top right corner of the InnPower website. Here you can access real-time energy consumption data, view and pay bills, review transactions and payment history, and comparison charts to help you stay informed 24/7. Sign up for My Account today!
  • You can also call our office to obtain your current balance and due date.

Phone: (705) 431-4321

Email: cs@innpower.ca

Options for Paying your Bill:

  • You can pay your InnPower bill directly through telephone or online banking with your financial institution. When setting up a payee for the first time, select InnPower Corporation. Please allow 2 business days for the funds to be received.
  • Sign up for Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD) Payments by completing our PAD form found under Customer Self-Serve and return to InnPower’s Customer Service Team along with a void cheque. Have your electrical bill automatically deducted each month from the bank account of your choice.
  • Credit card payments are available through Paymentus Corporation, a third-party secure automated payment service. Paymentus is available over the phone at 1(866) 837-0181 or online and accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Debit Visa, and Debit Mastercard. Please be advised that Paymentus charges an additional service fee to cover payment handling and processing. InnPower does NOT receive any of the service fee.
  • Pay your InnPower bill at your local financial institution. InnPower considers the Bank Teller’s stamp date to be the date of payment. Please allow 5 business days for the funds to be received.
  • In person at our InnPower Office:

7251 Yonge St, Innisfil, ON, L9S 0J3

Monday-Friday 8:30 am – 4:30 pm

*Please note that as of December 1, 2024, we will be phasing out cash payments at our office and transitioning to a more streamlined payment process.

Please remember that it is still your responsibility to pay your InnPower electrical bill by the due date.

We thank you for your understanding and cooperation during this time.
