Payment Options
In Office
Our office at 7251 Yonge Street, Innisfil, ON, L9S 0J3 is open Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm to accept payments by cash, cheque, or debit card.
Telephone/Online Banking
You can pay your InnPower bill directly through telephone or online banking. When setting up a payee for the first time, select InnPower Corporation. Please allow 2 business days for the funds to be received.
Pre-Authorized Debits (PAD)
Our pre-authorized payment plan is a simple and convenient way for you to pay your monthly electrical bill. By choosing PAD, your electrical bill will automatically be deducted each month from the bank account of your choice. This service is free and can be cancelled at any time.
To sign up for PAD, complete our PAD form found under Customer Self-Serve and return to InnPower's Customer Service Team along with a void cheque.
Equal Payment Plan (EPP)
Your electricity bill doesn’t have to change with the seasons. Pay a set price all year long with an Equal Payment Plan!
Under this plan, your monthly bill payments are averaged out over 12 months, allowing customers to be billed an equal amount each month. EPP gives customers the ability to budget and avoid surprise bills due to seasonal ups and downs.
Credit Card
Credit card payments are available through Paymentus Corporation, a third-party secure automated payment service. Paymentus is available over the phone at 1(866) 837-0181 or online and accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Debit Visa, and Debit Mastercard. Please be advised that Paymentus charges an additional service fee to cover payment handling and processing. InnPower does NOT receive any of the service fee.
Financial Institution
You can pay your InnPower bill in person at your financial institution. InnPower considers the Bank Teller's stamp date to be the date of payment. Please allow 5 days for the funds to be received.
