Are you planning to move? Do you need hydro services set up at your new address? Check InnPower off of your to-do list and fill out one of our service applications. Don’t forget to let us know when you move out so that we do not continue to bill you for usage after your moving date.
Avoid Disconnection Between Occupants
Please be aware that if an incoming customer does not complete a service application and request hydro at their new service address by the closing date/effective date of your lease, the service will be disconnected until an application is received. In addition to the inconvenience of having service disconnected, the incoming customer will be responsible for the associated reconnection charges.
Note: if the premise has been disconnected for more than six months, the owner of the property will have to contact the Electrical Safety Authority for an inspection.
InnPower Corporation will not assume responsibility for any resulting damages to your equipment and or property during the period of disconnection/reconnection of service.
Applications for Service
IMPORTANT - Applications MUST be submitted with the required signatures on ALL pages and MUST include a copy of your photo ID or business articles for commercial accounts. Applications that are submitted with missing information (signatures, photo ID, etc.) will not be considered complete - the account will not be set up and your service may be interrupted.
Please be aware that InnPower collects an administrative set up fee for all accounts and this will be applied to your first invoice. The amount charged will be based on the services available at your premises. $30 (Electric), $5.50 (Water) & $5.50 (Wastewater). Fees are subject to change. LANDLORDS - Each time the account goes back into your name following a tenant leaving, the account set up fees will apply to your new account.
To sign an application electronically - select the required application below, this will open in your browser. Save the document from the browser as a PDF and open in Adobe. In Adobe, you can fill and sign the application. Save the completed application and submit to our Customer Service Team.
If you are unable to save and open the application in Adobe, you can fill out the application in a browser, and print to sign. Or you can print the application and complete it entirely by hand. If printed, please scan the application or take photos of the completed application, and submit to our Customer Service team.

Regulated Price Plan Choice
If you’re a residential or small business customer that pays Time-of-Use (TOU) electricity prices, you can choose to switch to Tiered prices beginning November 1, 2020.
With TOU, the price you pay depends on when you use electricity. With Tiered prices, you can use a certain amount of electricity each month at a lower price. Once that limit is exceeded, a higher price applies.
To switch from TOU to Tiered prices, you can use the online comparison tool to compare plans and complete your request online. If you do not have online access, you must notify InnPower Corporation by completing a Regulated Price Plan Election form. If you want to continue paying TOU prices, no action is required.

Landlord and Property Managers
As a landlord or property manager, by signing a Continuous Electricity Service Agreement (CSA), you can authorize InnPower to automatically transfer responsibility for electricity service to you when a tenant moves out. This ensures no discontinuation of service. The account will bill in the owner’s name until another tenant assumes responsibility for the account.
