New Dedicated Outage Reporting Lines
InnPower is excited to announce our NEW, dedicated outage reporting lines, designed to better serve our customers!
You can now report power outages three ways:

- Call: 1 (855) 300-2990
- Online Webchat: via the InnPower Outages page
The new outage reporting methods will allow InnPower to continue supporting its customers and their evolving needs by offering more choices as we navigate the current digital age.
As a result of past customer feedback, offering enhanced communication channels for outages and providing more self-serve options aligns with InnPower’s commitment to improving the overall customer experience.
Customers can continue to receive information regarding outages via InnPower’s Social Media (Facebook and Twitter), as well as through the Outage Map.
